Moving your domain name
If you have had a website developed outside of Knowall and you want to transfer the domain that you purchased through Knowall over to an alternative ISP, please email your request to techsupport@knowall.net detailing your Internet Service Providers (ISP): Primary nameserver and Secondary nameserver, your ISP will be able to supply these details.

Changing over the address details of your domain
If you move and need to change the postal address of where your domain is registered to, please email techsupport@knowall.net with the new address details.
